This policy (“Policy”) is the privacy and cookie policy applicable of Goalmouth Limited (company number 09257776 in the registrar of Companies for England and Wales) of Unit A, 49 Hackney Road, London, E2 7NX (“we”, “us”, “our”) in relation to your access to and use of our websites, mobile applications, APIs, notifications, buttons, ads, text, photos, pictures, graphics, comments, links to third parties, other content, data or information widgets and other services, known as “Goalmouth” (collectively referred to as “Products”), and any upgrades and updates to our Products from time to time.
    2. The Policy is a part of and is incorporated into the terms and conditions applicable to your use of our Products (“Terms and Conditions”). The Terms and Conditions are available through our Products and/or through our website Terms capitalised in this Policy but not defined have the meaning given to them in the Terms and Conditions.

We may amend this Policy from time to time by uploading a replacement Policy to our Products and/or to our website By continuing to use our Products following such a replacement Policy being uploaded, you agree that you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by the replacement Policy.
